Double story extension
This was a double side and half double back extension.
It had a total of eleven rsj beams partly due to the top front and back being set in from the ground floor.
There wasn't much left of the existing building which was a small 2 bed chalet style house with tiny kitchen and single upstairs toilet and bath.
Now it boasts 3 large bedrooms with one ensuite with power shower.
one bathroom and toilet upstairs.
One toilet and sink downstairs.
Large oak fronted kitchen with room for a dining table and 2 reception rooms.
To add character we built the corners out of selected bricks.
