Double story extension
This was a double side and half double back extension.
It had a total of eleven rsj beams partly due to the top front and back being set in from lower building line.
There wasn't much left of the existing building by the time we finished. It was a small 2 bed chalet style house with tiny kitchen and single upstairs toilet and bath.
Now it boasts 3 large bedrooms with one ensuite .One bathroom and toilet upstairs and one toilet and sink downstairs.
We fitted an oak fronted kitchen with room for a dining table. also has 2 reception rooms.
To add character we built the corners out of facing bricks.
